BILETA runs an annual mentoring programme, matching mentees with mentors to support and advise on all manner of issues concerning aspects.

Academic mentors offer guidance and support on a wealth of topics relating to an academic career. This includes mentoring on developing career pathways in IT & IP law research, juggling academic and non-academic commitments, navigating all aspects of an academic role including impact, knowledge exchange, research, publication, teaching, educational research and legal education.

There are currently two mentoring cohorts, running from October to March, and April to September.
