On the 7th of June 2017, the University of Winchester organised the inaugural BILETA seminar, held in London at the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies. It took the form of a consultation workshop to discuss the legislative, regulatory and ethical framework surrounding the depiction of young children on digital, online and broadcast media.
